  • Dance-Based Fitness Workouts: Our Cardio Dance classes are fitness-focused, using dance routines that target your entire body. Each session involves a mix of high-intensity movements and fun, rhythmic choreography that keeps your heart rate up while burning calories. Whether you’re jumping, twisting, or popping, every move is designed to enhance your fitness.
  • Full-Body Workout: 
    Cardio Dance targets all major muscle groups, improving your cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. From upper body isolations to fast footwork and core exercises, each session provides a comprehensive workout that helps you tone muscles, increase stamina, and build flexibility—all while having fun.
